How does pricing work?
A flat platform fee of $2,500 per month plus $15 per claim processed. The platform fee covers your workspace, security, and support; usage scales with the claims you actually run through ClaimCircuit.
Can we run a proof of concept first?
Yes. We offer a 30-day proof of concept with a $5,000 flat fee that covers configuration and data import so you can evaluate ClaimCircuit against your own claims.
What uptime do you commit to?
A 99.9% uptime service level for the platform.
What is your support response time?
A 24-hour response time for technical support requests.
How do we cancel?
Subscriptions require a 30-day notice period. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
Can we export our data?
Yes. You can export claim and evidence data in JSON and CSV formats.
What law governs the agreement?
Agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. The contracting entity is ClaimCircuit Technologies LLC.

Trust included in every lane

Hosted on AWS us-east-1 (Northern Virginia). Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 via AWS KMS and in transit with TLS 1.3. Access is RBAC-enforced with MFA required for all users; SSO is mandatory for Enterprise. All claim brief modifications are written to append-only, immutable audit logs retained for 7 years.
